We're looking for someone to sublease our First Management apartment in Campus East August 1st (or sooner) - July 2012. We're finalizing our house loan and will be moving ASAP. We're in walking distance of Campus, Aggieville, and the stadium. We have an onsite pool on a very large courtyard, walkout ground level patio right next to the pool, onsite laundry facilities, pet friendly (with deposit), dishwasher and microwave come with this unit, only pay electric and gas as base utilities (both combined living here for over a year has not exceeded $100).
